Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and quality-checked within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Partners
We currently ship all domestic orders via PostEx. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to follow your parcel's journey.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking ID and a link to track your parcel directly through PostEx.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the provided address.
International Shipping
At this time, MM_Solids ships within Pakistan only. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon — stay tuned!
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@mmsolids.com or WhatsApp +92 3XX XXXXXXX with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner right away.
